1- Extensive Property Checks to include pipe checks, heat modification ( 1/1, 1/3,1/5, 1/12, 1/17,1/24, 1/25, 1/26, 1/27)

2- Several Donations to include Shades in ladies bathroom, bottled water,air freshener refills  and other assorted items

3- Police will do more frequent checks on the property

4- Review and renegotiation of the Hunting Club Lease

5- Heating was not working properly, minor service adjustment  conducted and still under warranty 

6- Leak in womens upstairs bathroom caused by a 1 bolt of 3 bolts was  tightened . All the tanks of the toilet bowls were checked to ensure that they are tight and prevent leaks.  

7- Air Filters purchased  Changed ( 4) 10X30X10 - RE MICEL Company ( 4X 7.96= 31.84, (3) 10X20X20- Lowes 8.97 ( 3 pack) - $40.81

8- Propane review (1,000 tank) fills to 800 gallons due to 80% rule due to expansion. Jan 5,2018- $2.25 per gallon

9- Review of the Rental Contracts 

10- Mens toilet issues upstairs bathroom due to too much toilet paper . Not commercial toilets .

11-( 4)  Balances bad in fellowship hall ,(4)  new lights replaced balances 38.00 and new light fixtures 33.00   ( 4 X 33.00 =  132.00  , 12 pack bulbs 29.95 ) - Invoiced

12- Deminifier ( left side )  keeps freezing up. Continuous  Monitoring 

13- Organ Maintenance - adjustment of base petals and factory reset   

-Piano Maintenance - tuned and regulated   ( 165.00)- Invoiced
